Exchange & Refund Policy

There will be no refund/return for purchased items, however it is valid for exchange due to manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase if the following criteria are met:

1. All items must be in their original packaging and proof of purchase with product tags intact. Hence, please open your item with careful caution
2. All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition. 
3. All refund will be in the form of store credits, there will not be any physicial amount refunds (Unless otherwise stated).

Please email us for exchange or due to any defects of product. If items are found as faulty upon arrival, please contact and inform us through email within 24 hours, and we will response to you within 1-2 working days.

Strictly no exchange or refund for the following: 

1. Change of mind or due to incorrect designs/colour chosen during orders
2. Colour differences due to photo lighting
3. Choosing of wood grains/painting (natural material such as bamboo has natural wooden grains is not defective
4. Choosing of print placements on prints
5. Items bought during Sale period or using redemption code
